We at Cloona Health Retreat have beenusing this juicer daily for two years and it has given no trouble at all. It is very easy to clean also. The only thing is you have to be careful not to drop the plastic jug as it breaks or cracks quite easily. having said that there is no problem getting spare parts and they are not expensive:-)
